Rubber to Meet Road at Texas Compliance Summit

AUSTIN — Brian Crisorio, vice president of marketing for United Development Systems Inc. (UDS), will lead a panel discussion at the upcoming Texas Compliance Summit, organizers said Tuesday. “Where the Rubber Meets the Road” is one of four panels set to convene at the event, which is scheduled for Nov. 16–17, 2015, at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel.

“Our attendees bring high expectations to this event, and a plan for sustainable front-end compliance is chief among them,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom. “Brian and his panel have their work cut out for them.”

The panel will convene at 4:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, as part of the “Easy-to-Implement Processes and Controls” portion of the agenda. Crisorio led a similar discussion at the Midwest Compliance Summit in April.

“Understanding the regulations in play and your responsibility to comply is only half of the equation,” Crisorio said. “To achieve a compliant culture involves implementing processes and control points that mitigate the opportunity for error. This session will offer numerous methods to help today’s retailers embed those proven processes that achieve that culture.”

Registration as well as additional information about the Texas Compliance Summit can be found at the event’s website. Attendees who register on or before Oct. 26 will enjoy a $100 discount. For sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact Eric Gesualdo via email or at 727-612-8826.
