He views education and personal development as key components to running a successful business and has received many awards, including Current Allstate Dealer Services Co-Chair Sales & Product Agent Council, Allstate GAP Agent of the Year, Protective Insurance Elite 8 and National Auto Care Agent of the Year. Among his other accomplishments, O’Neil has been a speaker for NADA 20 groups, an AFIP instructor at Sinclair Community College, and a moderator at many industry events.
