SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - CNA National Warranty Corporation (CNAN) has been selected as a finalist in the 2015 Better Business Bureau Business Ethics Awards, sponsored by the BBB of Central, Northern and Western Arizona.

“We are honored to be a finalist for this distinguished award,” says Joe Becker, president and CEO. “Since its founding in 1982, CNA National has always practiced integrity and honesty in our day-to-day operations. We strive to be the best in our industry by honoring our contracts and delivering superior customer service. It is very rewarding to be recognized by the Arizona BBB for these traits.”

CNA National administers vehicle service contracts, GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) waivers, tire-and-wheel protection, and limited warranties for consumers in the U.S. Its products are sold primarily through automobile dealerships. The company’s goal to “not be the nation’s biggest service contract company, but the best” has served it well over the past 33 years as it has grown from a two-person operation to more than 200 employees occupying three floors of the CNA building in downtown Scottsdale. CNAN handles more than 70,000 calls and processes over 26,000 claims each month on average. Accredited with the BBB since 2010, CNA National consistently holds an A+ rating.

The BBB Business Ethics Awards recognizes Arizona companies whose business practices and related activities promote the highest ethical standards of business conduct. This is the 14th year the award program has been held.

CNA National is one of 15 finalists in five categories of business. The winners in each category will be announced at a special dinner and ceremony held on April 9 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort.
