Houston, Texas – GSFSGroup launched a new Web site to better support agents, dealers and their customers. In addition to being easier to navigate, the new site also offers an interactive F&I product review tool dealers can use to promote to consumers, new reporting features and an enhanced security platform.

“Continuing our commitment to be a strong business partner working in tandem with our customers, this new Web site creates an online experience that is intuitive and informative for agents, dealers and the end consumers,” said Steve Amos, president, GSFSGroup. “The added features and functionality are combined with a secure back end system to provide powerful tools to help our clients be more successful.”

GSFSGroup.com is tailored to support specific business needs through the secure portal, MyGSFS, offering access to a variety of new reports. Other new features include a tutorial platform, clear and concise F&I product listings and training overviews.

GSFSGroup also added a consumer section designed to make it simple to find information about F&I products. Contact information is easily accessible when customers have additional questions while making a claim. Dealers can use the F&I Product Review Tool to educate consumers about available F&I products so they have a complete understanding of each product’s benefits. This tool can be uploaded directly to the dealer’s Web site to provide a seamless online experience for their customers. Adding to the ease of use, updates to these tools are automatically sent out, keeping all information current.
