Larsen to Helm Claim/Call Center Panel at PALS

LAS VEGAS – Organizers of the P&A Leadership Summit have announced that Don Larsen, loss control director and director of asset management at American Guardian Warranty Services Inc. (AGWS), will moderate a panel dedicated to improving the service and lowering the costs of claim and call centers at this year’s event, which is scheduled for Sept. 9–10, 2015, at Paris Las Vegas.

“For executives working at the highest levels of the providers and administrators segment, ‘big data’ is no longer just a corporate buzzword,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of F&I and Showroom and P&A magazines. “We are counting on Don and his panel to demonstrate how practical strategies can be developed from a once-intangible concept.”

Larsen’s panel, “Measuring Your Claim/Call Center Metrics, Attributes and Efficiencies,” will be staffed by experienced executives and thought leaders in what Larsen describes as an “information-intensive” segment. Areas of focus will include the analysis of large amounts of data and the use of qualitative, quantitative and efficiency metrics.

“I am honored to have been asked to moderate this panel discussion relating to critical call and claim center metrics and efficiencies,” Larsen said. “To become successful, claim/call centers should be able to separate, measure and analyze facts and figures that will ultimately improve the customer service experience.”

Registration is now open for the P&A Leadership Summit. Attendees who register by Aug. 7 will enjoy a $100 early-bird discount. More information, including additional speakers and travel, is available at the event’s website. To inquire about sponsorship or exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo via email or call 727-947-4027.
