Dallas – Louisiana Dealer Services Inc. (LDS) implemented StoneEagle's VPay to provide a more efficient method of paying Mechanical Breakdown Insurance claims to their extensive network of automotive dealer customers and approved repair facilities.

“Louisiana Dealer Services has realized considerable benefits since implementing VPay,” said Pat McBride, director of claims underwriting, LDS. “VPay provides a streamlined and responsive method of handling claims with our client dealers and simplifies the reconciliation process for our back office operations. VPay integrates seamlessly with our StoneEagle Contract Administration System, which provides heightened accuracy and efficiency for LDS.”

“VPay eliminates overcharges and prevents fraudulent activity associated with paying claims,” said Jason Gillette, vice president, Sales, StoneEagle. “By implementing VPay, LDS has substantially reduced processing costs involved with payment issues and the time and labor associated with reconciling transactions. LDS and other leading administrators have accelerated service to their client base and simplified their entire claims payment process with VPay.”

Developed by StoneEagle and launched in 2007, VPay is a business to business e-Payment solution designed specifically for claim payments. It guarantees cost savings and provides the following benefits: Designed with the latest security and fraud prevention technologies; Integrates with existing claims administration system to fully automate reconciliation; Eliminates phone call times with the dealer or repair facility; Generates email notifications on all overcharge attempts and undercharges; Reduces claim payment time without reducing float; and Includes real-time reporting to monitor all payment activity.
