CLEVELAND — National Automotive Experts (NAE/NWAN) was recognized by their dealer partners as a 2018 Dealers’ Choice Award winner, the company announced.

Presented by Auto Dealer Today, the awards are based on recommendations from dealership personnel. These individuals complete a survey, nominating and rating their partners. For the 14th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards, 70 different companies were recognized as a first-place Diamond, second-place Platinum, or third-place Gold winner.

Each individual who voted was asked to submit their nominations in at least five of the 34 award categories. They were asked to score their vendors, suppliers, and finance sources. They rated them on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend the company to another dealer. National Automotive Experts was the Platinum recipient in the F&I Product Training category.

"As an administration company, it is important to us that we make education a core focus. We are always looking for ways to incorporate education into our classes and meetings. The more we educate, the better we can serve our partners,” said David Neuenschwander, president of NAE/NWAN. “We are humbled to have been recognized for this award, because it is simply a result of what our team does day in and day out. We have a great team and we are grateful that our partners also believe this to be true.”

“Congratulations to NAE/NWAN for earning their first Dealers’ Choice Award in the highly competitive F&I Product Training category,” said Tariq Kamal, associate publisher of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom. “To be ranked by dealers among the top three providers in any category is a hard-won victory.”

The winning companies have been invited to send representatives to take part in a special awards ceremony at the 2018 Industry Summit, which will be held Oct. 8–10 in Orlando, Fla.
