LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Portfolio announced the launch of Portfolio One, a new vehicle service contract for new and pre-owned vehicles. Portfolio One was designed to offer dealers and agents a simplified VSC option, replacing multiple contracts, streamlining the F&I sales process and furthering the industry’s progress toward 100% electronic contracting and rating.

It’s the result of extensive research and development, including a great deal of input from the field, and a major step forward for our company and our valued agents, dealers and customers.

Portfolio One offers exclusionary, stated or powertrain coverage for all makes and models on a single contract, plus an exclusionary wrap for vehicles already protected by a factory powertrain warranty. Every coverage level includes such additional benefits as towing, trip interruption, substitute transportation and transferability.

Executives noted all Portfolio One claims will be handled by a dedicated team of experienced administrators in the company’s Dallas offices, resulting in shorter wait times and a more personalized adjudication process.

“We take great pride in every product we bring to market, but Portfolio One is more than a product,” said Chief Sales Officer Dan Haugen. “It’s the result of extensive research and development, including a great deal of input from the field, and a major step forward for our company and our valued agents, dealers and customers.”

Portfolio One is available now in all 50 states with approval pending in Florida and Washington.
