The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced the new products it will display at the NADA Show in Las Vegas Feb. 2 to Feb. 4. The company that says it took automotive retail from paper to digital and from a digital management system to a retail management system will unveil software to help dealers go beyond what they’ve been told is possible.

“We couldn’t be more excited for the NADA Show this year. We’re growing faster than we have in the last 15 years – winning more new customers than ever and retaining nearly all of our existing customers," said President Chris Walsh. "We’re laser focused on our customers’ success, and as part of that, we’re releasing more new products this year than any year in recent memory,”

In sales, Reynolds will showcase how its retail management system now goes far beyond the four walls of the dealership, allowing dealers to "Retail Anywhere." It says dealers can work a single deal from the first chat interaction to the online payment to the CRM and desking to F&I into accounting and off for funding with no mismatched numbers and no rekeying.

In F&I, dealers will have a first look at more options for selling after-market products with new tools like Menu Touch. Using solutions such as consumer-led options, online video chat, in-store tablets, and the docuPAD system, Reynolds says dealers can sell to customers, no matter where they are, without sacrificing anything or rekeying any information.

In the business office, Reynolds will unveil options to help dealers take complete control of cash flow and expenses. Reynolds Retail Management System is expanding with new software, automating workflow approvals for invoices and purchase orders, as well as eliminating stuffing envelopes with statements and waiting 45 days for a check to come back. It will also add lenders to its network.

In service, technicians become mobile with a new product, Service Flex. And a partnership with TruVideo for processing technician inspection videos adds to the eApproval in Advanced Service. From start to finish, dealers will now be able to take care of customers wherever they are and minimize dead bay time with vehicles sitting on lifts waiting for approvals.

“NADA delivers a great show every year, and this year will be special for our customers and for dealers looking to switch to Reynolds,” Walsh said.  With so many new products, we couldn’t be more excited to help them go beyond what they’ve been told is possible.”
