RouteOne and Vision Dealer Solutions, automotive finance and insurance technology providers, announced a new digital document-sharing experience between their software platforms.

The integration enables users to pass deal forms and contracts between RouteOne and VisionMenu for e-signature and electronic storage. Dealers can sell F&I products in VisionMenu and pass product contracts to RouteOne for e-signature and funding packets. Similarly, dealers can e-contract in RouteOne and pass finance contracts and other deal documents to VisionMenu, where they can be combined with other F&I and after-market menu and disclosure forms, for a single e-signing experience. All documents in the workflow can be easily sent back to the originating system for compliance and storage.

"We are so pleased with this new workflow and its ability to eliminate multiple consumer signing and closing ceremonies," said Vision Dealer Solutions President Ronald Martin. "Customer innovation and consumer experience are the currency of tech relevance, and RouteOne and Vision Dealer Solutions are making tremendous strides in software to become the epitome of both."

“Our goal is to continually provide dealers solutions to solve the evolving expectations of the modern consumer,” stated Alexander Mandeville, director of strategic partnerships at RouteOne. “This integration allows dealers access these tools in their chosen solutions.”
