LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the upcoming Agent Summit have announced that Glen Tuscan, president of Dealer Commitment Services Inc., will present a session dedicated to digital F&I at the event, which will be held May 21–24, 2017, at Paris Las Vegas.

“Agents wield great influence among their dealers, and we know you are fielding an increasing number of questions about digital F&I from your clients,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom. “We are counting on Glen to demystify some of the new tools on the market and help us understand how they will change the F&I process.”

Tuscan’s session, “Integrating the Digital F&I Process,” will begin at 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23. Describing it as a “takeoff” from the long list of digital solutions presented at January’s National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention, Tuscan plans to discuss how the latest technology can combine transparency, interactivity and relationship management to create a unique and compelling F&I experience.

“I plan to provide unique insight into how integrating a digital, interactive F&I experience provides a new opportunity to connect with dealer clients by integrating mobile technology for a superior product purchase experience, while creating customer engagement and dependency to your dealers throughout the ownership experience,” Tuscan said.

Registration for Agent Summit 2017 is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by April 21 will enjoy a $100 discount. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at 727-947-4027 or via email.
