CHICAGO - Virginia Surety Co., a subsidiary of The Warranty Group, Inc., has reached an agreement with Safe-Guard Products International to provide underwriting and actuarial support for its finance and insurance product offerings.
"This new endeavor is a testament to the outstanding relationship we've developed over the past several years," said Mike Frosch, senior vice president of Virginia Surety. "We look forward to helping grow Safe-Guard's manufacturer, consolidator and agent business."
Douglas Duncan, chairman and CEO of Safe-Guard, added: "We recognize that in order to continue the viability of aftermarket products, administrators must perform the proper internal due diligence to ensure mutually successful programs, for both themselves and their underwriters."
The program is now underway on a national basis.
Deal volume ebbed and flowed throughout 2025, but product performance remained steady, according to automotive technology and data intelligence solutions provider StoneEagle.
