CHICAGO ─ F&I Administration Solutions, LLC has signed Xzilon, Inc, a California-based provider of appearance protection products, to its SCS Auto administration solution.

“We needed a solid administrative system that was able to deliver a fully automated solution for both our supply chain and our customer contracting. At the same time we needed to ensure that it could handle our anticipated growth,” said Tony Raymondo, CEO of Xzilon, Inc. “Our latest product, X4, which we are launching at NADA this February, will come as a fully automated solution to our dealers including electronic contracts. SCS Auto was clearly the best system to deliver on all these needs.”

SCS Auto has been tailored to deliver a solution that directly meets the needs of appearance protection products. As a fully integrated, web-based administration suite, dealers, agents and Xzilon administrators are now able to process all transactions, claims and orders electronically. Agents will have immediate data on dealer performance, and dealers will be able to create and print electronic contracts. Ordering more products is easy and in some cases can be set to happen automatically.

As well as supporting the unique requirements of appearance protection products, the SCS Auto platform supports extended service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, dent products and more via modules tailored to the administration of these products.

“The deep and flexible architecture of SCS Auto has allowed us to develop a system that supports the unique requirements of the appearance protection business,” said David Trinder, CEO of F&I Administration Solutions. “Apart from delivering to all their administration needs, our connectivity with multiple menus and other dealer systems will also ensure that their products are well represented in the dealer sales process.”

In addition to delivering to F&I administration requirements, SCS Auto is also broadly connected to other service providers in the auto industry including seven menu systems, parts databases, accounting systems and a unique credit card paymentsolution that delivers significant efficiencies in the payment of claims.
